Maintaining a Lose Weight Raw Food Diet While Traveling

I met a couple of women at a business conference that ate only raw food.  They had to make up their meals ahead of time and store them in their hotel room refrigerator.  It was the only way they had to ensure they were getting exactly what they wanted.  They brought their food down to the restaurant where the rest of us were indulging in dining out.  Their food looked like pureed baby food, not appetizing at all.  As someone who enjoys cooking and dining with friends and family, a strictly all raw diet would be impossible for me to manage.  However, these two gals looked healthy, were of average weight and said they had never felt better in their lives.  One in particular used to have significant health issues that were completely relieved after her change to raw foods.  I appreciated her attitude.  She simply shared what worked for her and stated other solutions will be better for other people.
